Rules and Regulations for Eufaula Cove

We reserve the right to refuse anyone.

No sub-leasing

Check out time is 12 noon. fI late checking out there wil be fee of $25.00. fI not checked out by 5pm there will be an additional night stay charge.

Management reserves the right to evict without prior notice to anyone who creates a disturbance, nuisance, or deliberately breaks any of the park’s policies, Eviction will be immediate & without reimbursement of any camping fees.

All renters must show a valid driver’s license and insurance for both vehicle and RV, 5th wheel, or trailer. Credit cards must be present.

Quiet time from 10pm to 7am. No running generators at any time. No tent camping.

One RV and one vehicle per site. Limit to six adults.

No open fires.

No fireworks.

To help keep our park clean, pick up after your pet. There is a $150.00 fee if you do not. Pets are to be on leash at all times with an adult.

Pets are not to disturb other RV’ers.

Do not leave trash. fI you smoke do not leave your butt’s.

No washing RVs’, 5th wheels, travel trailers, or vehicles.

No external leaks. Sewer and Water hookup must be properly fitted and supported to prevent leaks.

Eufaula Cove RV Park and management are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle, RV, persons, pets, or personal property.

Renters are responsible for any damage that occurs to Eufaula Cove RV Park property.

Renters are responsible for any damage that occurs to other RV’ers person’s or property.

A ee of 6% camping fee will be added to the price of your rental fee.

No refunds

These rules can be revised at management discretion. Enjoy your stay, happy camping!
